Return & Exchange Policy (electronic devices)
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the purchasing date provided it is original packing, unused and uninstalled.
Original invoice must be available during return or exchange.
For large size products such as (household appliances and furniture) that was delivered to the customer, they will be returned without any charges.
“AS-IS” items which are not in the original packaging can be returned or exchanged within one day from receiving date provided they are in the same condition and the packing sold with and has never been used.
Money refund will be through the same payment method.
In the case of payment by credit cards or through installment companies, Aldukan's responsibility is limited to submitting a return request on the system.
Refund may take up to 14 days, depending on the issuer of the payment method.
If the refund is delayed, the customer should call Aldukan's call center, and we will follow up on completing the process with the concerned party.

Warranty & Repair Policy (electronic devices)
Warranty and repair are the responsibility of the brand owners or their authorized supplier/agent. Hence, the warranty policy is subject to the policies and procedures of the brand owner or the authorized supplier/agent.
In general, the minimum manufacturing warranty is as follows:
· Electronic appliances: 2 years excluding attached accessories.
· Electronics accessories: 1 year.


There might be different warranty terms for each product or brand. Customer can check these terms on Aldukan website/app, or by asking the showroom team or by calling the call center.
In the case that a product needs maintenance after 7 days from the date of purchase, the customer must communicate directly with the authorized service center, which will repair or replace the product according to their policy.
In case there is no authorized service center for the product in the city, Aldukan will undertake the responsibility of the authorized maintenance center to collect the products and send them through a courier to the authorized service center for free, inform the customer of the results of the inspection and implement the service center policy that is notified to Aldukan.
Thus, Aldukan's responsibility is limited to transferring the product and implementing the center's policy without being responsible for the repair period or compensating the customer for not benefiting from the product during the repair period.
Repair time and cost depend on authorized the service center policies and procedures.

In case the customer needs to repair an Aldukan product, he/she needs to call the call center or visit the nearest showroom, where he/she will be guided with the proper action.
If the product is small in size, the customer needs to bring it to the showroom unless advised otherwise. If the product is large in size such as (40 inches or larger TVs, large household appliances, and furniture), an in-home maintenance visit will be arranged through the call center.
Warranty will be void in case of defects and damages resulting from misuse, falling and breaking, or bumps and scratches, or repairs outside an authorized service center.
If the product is repaired with the same problem more than three times, the customer may contact Aldukan call center, which will submit a request to the service center to replace or exchange the product. The final decision is the authority of the service center.
If the customer is not satisfied with the repair of the product, Aldukan will discuss the problem with the brand owner or the authorized supplier / agent and review all available options to achieve customer satisfaction. dispatch
