Dukan Plus Loyalty

Thank you for your interest in joining the Dukan Plus Loyalty Program, a rewarding experience for shopping at Dukan. The points offered under this Program are at the sole discretion of Dukan Branches. Please carefully read and understand the following Terms & Conditions as they constitute the entire agreement between you and Dukan Branches. By enrolling in the Program or accumulating Points, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, effective July 28, 2024.

Definitions

D+ Loyalty: Refers to Dukan Plus Rewards by Dukan.

Points: The rewards earned in the Dukan Plus Loyalty Program.

Members: Individuals enrolled in the Program to accumulate Points.

You/Your/Yourself: Refers to the Member reading this document.

Operator: The Program is operated by Dukan Limited Company.

About Dukan Plus Loyalty by Dukan

• Points issued or recorded on your account remain the property of Dukan.

• Points do not have cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or currency.

• Points cannot be traded, mortgaged, bartered, licensed, or disposed of and are non-transferable.

• Points attempted to be transferred in violation of these Terms & Conditions may be canceled.

Registration

•  Register for the Dukan Plus Loyalty program by providing your registered mobile number and completing the registration process.

•  Ensure all details entered are correct and valid for future use.

•  An OTP sent to your registered mobile number is required for registration and redemption.

Terms & Conditions

•  Minimum purchase value of 2.50 at any Dukan branch must earn 1 point.

•  Dukan reserves the right to change the expiration period of Points at any time, with or without notice.

•  In the event that a member objects to a missing point, the member has seven days to substantiate his claim to the relevant store or customer service.

•  In the event that a purchase is returned, the cases that have been added from that product will be deducted from Dukan Plus balance.

•  Daily offers (EDLP), recharge cards, data vouchers, gaming cards and electronic items are excluded from Dukan Plus points.

•  Dukan branches may change the conditions for earning Points at any time, with or without notice.

•  Purchases must be made at Dukan branches. Dukan is not responsible for delays or errors in recording Points.

•  Dukan may terminate your enrollment and cancel all Points if no Points are redeemed from your account for 365 days (about 12 months). Expired or canceled Points cannot be redeemed.

•  Dukan Plus loyalty program is not applied on Dukan website and application.
