• 1. Purchase TermsThese terms apply when you place an order through the Dukan App.
• The app is only available for use by individuals over 18 years of age.
• The customer is required to complete the purchase and pay using the available payment methods in the app.
• When registering, you must provide your mobile number and password correctly. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and must immediately report any unauthorized use.
• Dukan reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity or misuse.
• Delivery for electronic products takes 3 to 7 days, depending on the shipping companies and the customer’s location.
• By paying with a credit card, you authorize Dukan to deduct the purchase amount directly.

2. Use of the App

• Regular maintenance may cause temporary interruptions of the service.
• We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The app may only be used for browsing products, purchasing, and account management.
• Sharing your account details with others is not allowed.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices shown in the Dukan App include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices and product availability may change without prior notice..If a product is unavailable, it will be removed from the order and its value will be refunded to the customer’s account.
• For products with varying weights, the final order price may differ.
• Any increase or decrease in the order amount will be adjusted automatically.
• Delivery or collection fees may apply and are shown on the checkout page.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Orders placed through installment services cannot be canceled but may be exchanged for products of the same value.
• Dukan reserves the right to cancel any order within 24 hours if the product is unavailable in stock or branches.
• If a delivered product is returned or exchanged within the allowed period, Dukan has the right to deduct the delivery fee or its equivalent from the order value.

5. Service Fees

• Service fees are calculated based on the number of products and may vary depending on order size.
• These fees are non-refundable once the order assembly process has started.
• Discounts or coupons cannot be applied to this service.
• In case of returns, only the product value will be refunded, not the service fees.

6. Order Acceptance

Dukan reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons such as:

• Quantity restrictions
• Pricing errors or incorrect product information
• Suspected fraud or credit issues
• Customers will be notified of cancellations via email or SMS.

7. Product Availability

• We make every effort to ensure product availability, but items may run out from suppliers.
• Customers will be informed of alternatives or the option to remove unavailable items from the order.

8. Product Shelf Life

• Products are selected to ensure sufficient shelf life.
• Some fresh products may have a shorter shelf life (less than 2 days).

9. Applicable Regulations

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Quantity Limits

• Dukan reserves the right to set purchase limits per customer/order, especially during promotions and events.
• These limits may apply to orders using the same account, card, or delivery address.
• Customers will be informed if such limits are applied.

11. Amendments

Dukan reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be published within the app.

National Day 95 Offer – Terms & Conditions

• Offer DetailsThe offer is available to all Dukan App users.
• Selected products can be purchased for SAR 95 only.

Offer Mechanism

1. The offers will be activated on 23 September 2025 at 1:00 PM.
2. Customers must add the product through the Dukan App and complete the purchase.
3. The offer will be valid for the first 5 customers only who place the order.
4. Eligible customers will receive a confirmation message: “Order Confirmed”.
5. If the system accepts more than 5 orders, Dukan will confirm only the first 5 orders.
